MCC manufacturing
Motor Control Centres designed to IEC 61439-1/2 and built in our own shop. DOL, star-delta, soft-start and VSD sections, tested before dispatch.

Enclosed VSD panels & setup
Drives sized to the actual load, properly enclosed and cooled, then parameterised and commissioned on site. Not bolted to a wall and left.

Machine automation
PLC-driven machines and lines networked over Profinet and Profibus. Turnkey: programming, panel, installation and commissioning from one supplier.

Electrical panel manufacturing
Control, distribution, automation and custom panels. Ferruled and numbered wiring, clear labelling, wiring schedules and drawings supplied with the board.

Electrical installations
LV reticulation, cable racking and containment, motor and instrument terminations, earthing and bonding, fault finding and breakdown call-outs.

Two-section MCC, doors open
Two star-delta starter sections, each with its own isolator, overload protection and numbered outgoing terminals, ready for dispatch.
Star-delta starter section
Main, star and delta contactors with timer, overload relay and control fuses on a galvanised mounting plate with trunking.
Enclosed VSD panel
Drive mounted with cooling fans, MCB protection and terminal rails, parameterised before site commissioning.
Finished board, front view
Door-interlocked isolators, start, stop and indication per section, and trilingual danger signage.
Floor-standing on a plinth
Powder-coated enclosure on a steel plinth, wrapped and palletised for delivery to site.

Quantara Controls builds motor control centres, VSD panels, distribution boards and automation panels in our own workshop, then installs and commissions them on site.
